Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of TeroSmartHub™, a product of SITEHUB ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED.

Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use the service only where you have authority from the relevant organisation. Organisation owners and administrators are responsible for membership, permissions and facility assignments.
Profile completion and corrections
New members must complete required contact or company profile fields and review the current Terms before creating or changing operational records. Existing members retain access during the profile-update rollout. Your permanent Tero ID and sign-in email are separate from your editable contact and billing details. Workspace corrections retain the original record identity and historical document versions. Supplied identity or company registration references remain unverified unless an official verification process confirms them.
Subscriptions and billing
Provide accurate billing and company information. Paid entitlements require a confirmed payment or an authorised trial recorded by TeroSmartHub management. Checkout availability, pricing, limits, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before a paid order is accepted. Storing a billing profile does not itself initiate a charge or subscription.
Research choices
Customers retain ownership of their submitted records. Acceptance of these Terms does not grant unrestricted research rights over personal information or uploaded files. Optional research contributions are governed by the separate Account choice and Privacy Policy. Company representatives must have authority to make decisions for their organisation.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use information beyond your assigned responsibilities. We may restrict access to protect customers, records or the platform.
Customer records
Customers retain responsibility for the records they submit and for ensuring that collection, sharing and use are lawful. You grant SEACNL the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and present those records in order to provide the service.
Professional and operational decisions
TeroSmartHub™ supports facility and asset workflows. Outputs, reminders, calculations and controlled drafts do not replace site inspection, professional judgement, OEM instructions, statutory approvals, legal advice, financial audit or contractual review.
Ownership
SEACNL owns TeroSmartHub™, its software, branding, design and platform materials, excluding customer records and third-party materials. No licence transfers ownership of the product or brand. TeroSmartHub™ is presented as a claimed trademark pending official registration.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, providers, networks and events outside our control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
