Controller and contact

SITEHUB ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED (RC 1796686; TIN 23923521-0001), No. 41, Ibukun-Olu Street, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria, operates TeroSmartHub. Contact privacy@terosmarthub.com or sitehub.seacnl@gmail.com for privacy requests.

Account and workspace profiles

Your account profile contains your name, verified sign-in email, phone, contact address, company and billing details. A separate workspace profile contains the facility or asset name, location, scope and responsible contacts. Accurate profile information supports account administration; it does not by itself verify a person or guarantee prevention of fraud.

Core account administration, record hosting, billing and service communications are processed to provide the requested service. Access controls and security records support protection of the service. Where a specific legal obligation applies, information may be retained or disclosed to meet that obligation.

Optional identity reference

NIN collection is optional for ordinary asset management. With your explicit consent, a supplied NIN is encrypted at application level and only a masked reference is displayed. It is not treated as officially verified. External verification is not currently connected and requires separate notice and authorisation before identity information is shared. You may remove the saved identity reference in Account.

Research and product improvement

Optional research participation is separate from acceptance of the Terms. An owner who opts in authorises de-identified operational records from organisations they own to contribute to aggregated maintenance and lifecycle-cost research. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, identity references, exact addresses, photographs and uploaded documents are excluded from the research dashboard. Sector-level results are suppressed for groups with fewer than five consenting organisations. Participation can be withdrawn in Account without losing core service access; future aggregation excludes withdrawn participants. Previously published genuinely anonymised statistics may not be reversible.

Access and service messages

Authorised organisation administrators can see relevant member contact, company, billing and profile-completion details within their organisation. Configured SEACNL platform management can access customer account and billing contact details and workspace profile metadata for service administration and subscription support; the customer directory excludes NIN and operational files. Personal records are not public. Vehicle renewal messages use the notification email entered for each paper; service delivery also depends on the configured email service and reminder schedule. Marketing and external identity verification require their own applicable permissions.
